Solutions for Large Businesses and High-Technology - 30 to 30,000 Phones

Inter-Tel is a 33 year old American company with it’s headquarters in Chandler Arizona. Inter-Tel is exclusive in telecommunications and a leader in “Voice Over IP” (VoIP) and “Session Initiated Protocol” (SIP) technology.

The Axxess PBX grows from 30 phones to over 30,000 phones In a single networked system. The Inter-Tel service network consists of over 500 service locations nationwide with corporate branch offices and authorized dealers strategically located across the country.

Most business are concerned today with guarding against obsolescence. Such is not the case with the Inter-Tel. The Axxess was first introduced in 1991 with version 1.0 software (current release is 8.1). The components are still the same today with the exception of newer available phones, features & application technology. If a company needs the applications of the newer version software, upgrading an older system with the older software is as simple as a Software or CPU Change. For this reason the Inter-Tel Axxess system retains it’s value better than it’s competition.

Over all, investing in the Inter-Tel Digital Platform is a wise and sound financial decision.

“Whatever the application, whatever the size, the Inter-Tel Axxess IP Telephony Platform and Applications offer a myriad of cost efficient solutions for any size business”

Voice & Data Cable Plants

The majority of category 5 cabling allows speeds up to 100 Mbps. Consider the following questions when evaluating your cabling requirements in light of the gigabit speeds that the newer data applications are demanding.

  • Is your cable plant certified and tested?
  • At what speeds can you move your data?
  • Does your system require Cat5e, Cat 6 or Fiber?
  • What wireless options are available?

Business often purchases new equipment such as computers, switches and servers but do not upgrade or test their cable plants to accommodate the new higher data speeds. Many times these business do not see improvement with their equipment because their data cabling cannot accommodate the increased speeds
